Saul saw the documentary on Howard Lyman aka the "Mad Cowboy"...a 4th generation cattle rancher turned into a VEGETARIAN!!! He has an amazing story, and if you think about it, the way farm animals are industrialized it's very dangerous for human consumption. Nevermind the fact that it's killing animals - I won't be preachy here. Mad Cow is a very serious threat for meat eaters, and the way that cattle ranchers practices have changed over the years is disgraceful.
